BASE 3 Barbell Club

Base 3 Barbell Level 1 program is a twice weekly, 8 week long Olympic weightlifting class focused on improving the snatch and clean & jerk. This course is perfect for intermediate level weightlifters, beginners and anyone who is interested in learning more about these movements.
