BASE 3 Barbell Club
We are extremely excited to announce the arrival of the BASE 3 Barbell Club. 
With new knowledge comes new classes. Coach Dan Edwards is pumped to be sharing his weightlifting and strength training expertise with you all. 
This 8 week course is limited to 10 people per course, focusing on weightlifting mechanics and positional strength. 
Building community within our community, BASE 3 Barbell will create a supportive environment to maximize your potential.
