Conditioning is our “cardio” program, which incorporates low-skill exercises such as biking, running, rowing, squatting, and lunging. It aims to get you sweating and your heart rate up.

Who is it suitable for?
BEGINNER to ADVANCED. This class is perfect for anybody wanting to improve their fitness, whether it be for sport or for general health. Because the exercises are low-skill, it is a great place for beginners to start.
CONDITIONING EXPRESS: Conditioning Express, our 45-minute lunchtime class, is simply a shortened version of our Conditioning Class. This class is perfect for our busy members who want to squeeze a quick workout into their schedule and get back to their desk energized and ready to smash the rest of their day.
