This free program has been built to get you from no pull ups to pull in just 8 weeks. If you’ve already mastered the pull up and are looking for ways to get more, or just want to add some upper body pulling strength give this a go. It’s 10-15mins before or after your workout, 3 times per week. Holla if you have any questions.
