How do I get started?

It's super easy, just click this link, BOOK A FREE CLASS. In order to recommend the best option for you, we may need to know a few details first

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit if you are working with a Personal Trainer. Generally, you must be over 16 to join the classes, however, give us a call and we can discuss it.

Do I need to be fit or have experience in a gym? 

Absolutely not - we all have to start somewhere! Every new member will have a chat with a coach before starting and will be introduced to all movements under the watchful eye of a coach during our ONRAMP program. Basically, our coaches will be with you every step of the way (not to sound cheesy or anything), and you can talk to us any time.

Where are you located?

We are based (get it?) in Mazaya Business Avenue in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. See the CONTACT page for directions.

I’m not sure if I will like it. Can I try a class before I join?

Of course, that’s a good idea. Come in (or call) and say hi, and we can sort you out. No pressure!

I am a visitor to Dubai, can I use the gym? 

Sure! We would love to meet you. Please CONTACT us for our drop-in rates and process.


Do you have a ladies only gym?

We do not have a separate ladies’ gym, but we do have a kickass ladies’ only class. Check out our BALANCE package for more info.

Do you have Open Gym?

Yes we do - available to members alllllllllll day. See our SCHEDULE for our timings.

Do you have classes during the day?

Yes we do. Our Corporate Classes are 40mins long, giving you enough time to workout, get changed and get back into your day (perhaps a little bit sweaty, but with an extra boost of energy!) Check our SCHEDULE for timings, and our Corporate Packages HERE for more info.

What is your class schedule?

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 06:00am - 21:00pm on Sunday through Thursday, and 09:00am - 12:00pm on Friday and Saturday. We will be sure to update our noticeboards, website and social media outlets with any changes, like public holidays for example.

What membership packages are available?

We have 3 options: BASE, BALANCE & PERFORMANCE. Go HERE for more details.


Do I need to book in for every class?

Spaces in our classes are limited so we strongly recommend that you get in there and confirm your spot. Go HERE to do this.

Who do I talk to if I have a complaint, a question or a suggestion?

Please feel free to approach any of our team - we welcome all questions and feedback. However, if you would rather send an email, direct it to Emily at emily@base3.ae and we’ll make sure it’s addressed.

Who do I talk to about my health & fitness goals?

Any of our coaches would be happy to chat to you about H&F (we love it!) Depending on your needs, it may be a quick chat after class, or a consultation followed by regular personal training sessions or personal goal-setting sessions. Send Craig an email at craig@base3.ae and he can point you in the right direction. 

Do you have wifi?

Yes we do AND we have a pretty cool space where you can sit and do some work while you wait for your class, or while you wait to cool down afterwards!

Do you have decent showers and changing rooms?

Why yes, yes we do (we made sure of it!) Males have 5 showers, females have 4, and both have separate changing areas and plenty of room. 

Can I freeze my membership?
