base 3 barbell is our strength and weightlifting club. an 8 week long fixed course aimed at developing muscle growth, strength and technique.


STRONG

STRong is our weekly dose of strongman training. using odd objects and strongman principles to develop strength, power and speed.

Group training for increased performance using focused strength, skill, and conditioning work.
