Emily, on the other hand, loves personal development, lifestyle hacks, nutrition, and everything to do with how to be an awesome human being.
BASE 3 was born out of merging these two passions.
Craig and Emily want a facility that helps others to live better by not only addressing fitness, but also touching on the time spent outside of the gym (a huge influencer of health that can sometimes be forgotten).
