What is Performance?
Performance is our competitive, or advanced, Cross Fit program. It includes increased volume, strength, and skill work that is periodised around, and programmed for, the CrossFit competition calendar.
What are the benefits?
You will take your training to the next level, building upon the strength, technique and skill gained from any general CrossFit program. Because there is an element of individualization, you will also work on strengthening your specific weaknesses.
Who is it suitable for?
INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED athletes who enjoy a challenging program and competitive training environment.
