ABOUT THIS SERVICE

For those who have goals too specific for general classes, this package will include: 

  • A comprehensive consultation to define priorities, establish goals, and create a framework of training and recovery that considers all aspects of life

  • An assessment and testing phase to highlight strengths and weaknesses

  • One on one training sessions under the guidence of a BASE 3 coach

  • Continued goal tracking and measuring to ensure you are working towards your goals
