Using tried and tested methods of developing endurance and strength, our FIT classes deliver everything you’d expect from a group class and much more. Fitness tests at the start and end of the program keep you accountable and give you a tangible method tracking your progress. PROJECT FIT is more than a workout. Nutrition guides and lifestyle advice ensure you are optimizing your life outside of the gym to make sure you are getting the most out of your training.
