PROGRAMS AND CLASSES

We offer a range of programs that are designed to improve your strength, fitness and skill. Because each one has its own unique focus, some may be more suited to your needs and goals than others, and we are really happy to make suggestions for you if you’re unsure. Every group class is led by one of our awesome coaches, who will guide you through each exercise to ensure safety and proper execution. They are there to answer your questions and to help you adjust any exercise or workout, if needed.


PERSONAL TRAINING & PROGRAMMING

Personal training

Even though we believe in our group fitness programs, some people prefer or benefit more from a tailored, individualised training program that is built exclusively for them.

Our Personal Training and Programming packages are a great option for people who have specific needs or objectives - for example, injury rehabilitation, skill development, or sports training - and for those whose busy schedule does not allow them to do regular classes.

Ahead of your sessions, one of our qualified trainers will sit down with you to discuss your goals, any requirements that need to be considered, challenges that need to be overcome, your schedule, and your health and exercise background. With this information they will provide advice on the best way to reach your goals, and will design and support you through a comprehensive and effective exercise program unique to your needs.

Personal Training is great for those who need guidance and direction, or who prefer to train under the watchful eye of one of our coaches.  Our Personal Training packages include: 

·       A comprehensive consultation to define priorities, establish goals, and create a framework of training and recovery that considers all aspects of life.

·       Lifestyle, nutrition and exercise advice.

·       An assessment and testing phase to highlight strengths and areas that require development.

·       One-on-one training sessions under the guidance of a BASE 3 coach.

·       Continued goal tracking and measuring to ensure you are working towards your goals.

·       Ongoing contact, support and encouragement.

 

Programming

Programming is great for those who are experienced athletes, who enjoy training on their own, but just need a bit of direction. Our Programming packages include:

·       An exercise program that can be carried out individually, without the need of a coach.

·       Lifestyle, nutrition and exercise advice.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

In this fast-paced society, our lives are full of demands and commitments and sometimes we forget to look after ourselves! It is becoming increasingly more important for individuals to have an outlet for stress, and to prioritise their health so that they are able to manage the demands of their lives, whilst prolonging the quality of it.

We urge organisations and team leaders to take charge and encourage their employees to engage in regular exercise, to eat a balanced healthy diet, and to participate in activities that challenge them and promote positive interaction with others.

 TEAM-BUILDING WORKSHOPS

These sessions can be held at BASE 3, or your workplace and include both physical and mental tasks.

 HEALTH & WELLNESS SEMINARS

These sessions can be held at BASE 3, or your workplace and cover nutrition, physical activity, and how to live a healthier lifestyle. We understand that “being healthy” can sometimes seem daunting and too difficult, especially when it means changing your current lifestyle, and so we endeavor to provide information and advice that is realistic, practical and achievable.
