What is BUILD?
Build is our “strength” program, which uses traditional body-building and strength exercises to target the whole body, including squats, deadlifts, bent-over row and core work.
What are the benefits?
Because all exercises are designed to be performed in a slow and controlled manner, you are able to focus on good technique. This allows you to gain a good knowledge of lifting weights, to improve technique, and to build a good strength base that carries over to other training and into everyday life.
Who is it suitable for?
BEGINNER to ADVANCED. Because the movements are not complicated, it is a great place for beginners to learn the basics of lifting weight. Intermediate to advanced athletes can benefit from the slower strength work that is not always present in high-intensity programs.
