Membership Freeze Request
We offer 1 freeze per quarter for our recurring members*, for periods of 7 days or more and up to 2 months. Because we manage our payment and membership systems manually, we ask that you be doubly sure of the dates you enter, and that you apply at least a week before you intend to freeze. Once you have applied and the admin has been done, we cannot undo it.
*Members who renew monthly via TELR, or who buy bulk memberships (3, 6, 12-month packages).
